Chivas Brothers International Limited tarafından, ilk kez 1938’de, prohibition döneminin hemen ardından piyasaya sunulan Chivas Regal 12, viski dünyasındaki en popüler harmanlardan biri.

Burun: bal, vanilya, karamel.
Damak: olgun meyveler, fındık; bitkisel, baharatlı ve tatlı.
Bitiş: kısa, yine baharatlı ve yumuşak.

Sarı altın renkli ve karamel kullanılıyor, soğuk filtrasyon uygulanarak %40 alkol hacminde şişeleniyor. Viski, birçok farklı fıçıda en az 12 yıl süre olgunlaşmış, single malt ve tahıl viskilerin harmanından oluşuyor. Nose: honey, vanilla, caramel.
Palate: ripe fruits, nuts; herbal, spicy and sweet.
Finish: short, peppery and smooth.

Bright gold in colour but caramel-added, chill-filtered, bottled at 40% ABV, 66 Calories (Kcal) and 9.6 Alcohol (g). It is a blend of malt and grain whiskies, matured in a different type of cask for at least 12 years, from various distilleries like Stratishla, Longmorn, Miltonduff, The Glenlivet, Allt-a-Bhainne, etc…

In conclusion, Chivas Regal 12 is an easy-drinking daily blend; neat, on the rocks, in a cocktail, or especially in a whisky highball, like bananaball or electric discoball. (Producer’s suggestion)
